Second, e-cigarettes are usually loaded with soot, which is a liquid and flammable. It belongs to dangerous goods.

    So closely these two things require a lot of documents, lithium battery requirements belong to the identification report, smoke oil requirements have MSDS, transportation identification report and so on. So to sum up, e-cigarettes are sensitive goods.
